Hi Jason, UPDATE 22/01 UPDATE: We are not sure what email you have used as the Customer Services process provides a reference number. I was asked to provide a reference number today (1/22/24). That was a month ago, tells you all you need to know about their customer service. So after given an email address from Grundfos so they can discuss the issue I contacted them and they sent a reply email stating someone from their company would contact me shortly. The email only said that someone would contact me soon. REPLY RESPONSE: I was not given a tracking number in the email response from Grundfos. Apparently their reply was just left to appear they care about customer service for people checking reviews. I would stay as far away from the Groundfos brand as possible.NOTE: Grundfos left a reply asking to provide more information which I did but they never bothered to reply after contacting them via email (no phone number was provided). Our products also come with a 2 year warranty, so unless the requirements to qualify for the warranty have not been met or voided for some reason, there is no reason, in the unlikely event there is a fault, that you shouldn’t be able to notify your place of purchase (the local or online dealer), provide proof of purchase and receive a new/replacement pump under warranty.
